Abstract Submission Guidelines
Please follow the submission guidelines below.
- Abstracts should only be submitted online.
- The deadline for abstract submission is
January 15, 2024extended to January 31, 2024. - Notification of the Acceptance will be on February 15, 2024.
- All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.
- Please select the most relevant session read more for your abstract from the conference sessions.
- Authors should indicate their presentation preference: oral or poster. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to decide on the final allocation and presentation method.
- Please send in a brief biography together with the Abstract.
- Please download the abstract template and follow the format carefully.
- Documents received after the given deadline, due to any reason will not be accepted.
- If you encounter any problems during the submission process, please contact the Conference Secretariat at oh-conference@abrar.edu.so
- The notification of acceptance/rejection of the abstracts submitted will be sent to you via email.
- If you need to receive a formal acceptance of your abstract in order to be funded to come to the conference, please write to the conference secretariat at oh-conference@abrar.edu.so and you will receive a prompt reply.
